We had an outdoor survey and plan completed by Cornerstone for our residential home.. Prior to the plan, we set a budget expectation. Cornerstone set an initial fee with a deposit for future work. The initial estimate for the project was staggeringly out of proportion at $96k or about 30% of the cost for the entire single story 3bdrm small lot ranch home. We asked for a revision to the plan to bring the costs down to our budget constraint. We waited almost two weeks and it never came. We asked for a refund on the future work... read more
Excellent snow and ice removal and landscaping services!
5-1-25 We had a couple trees on our home property die and also had a fire pit we wanted to upgrade. Cornerstone Partners just finished the fire pit, replacing one tree in front of our house that died and also landscaped a key area outside our pool fence to give us privacy screening where we lost our largest tree.
