Unfortunately, my experience with this lender was disappointing. They were not easy to work with during the transaction, and their financing requirements and approach seemed inflexible compared to other lenders I’ve worked with. This created additional challenges and delays that made the process more difficult than necessary.

I was recommended to them by a friend who used them 2xs and they were great. Super fast response, gave me a more competitive rate than another lender without having to buy points on my interest rate. Process was smooth and loan officer did everything to get my package done fast. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
