I worked with Jason himself. He was a really nice guy and listened to all my concerns. We started the buying process with no down payment and he found us certain grants. But luckily we came into money after saving and ended up being able to put down a nice down payment, but he still found a way to get 5k off closing costs. I would highly recommend Jason.
