My water heater went bad so I called them. They made room in their busy schedule to come take a look. They gave me a reasonable quote and got a new water heater ordered and installed it all within the same week! Very professional, affordable and knowledgeable.
Could ask for better service from john, i have used him on many RVs, and all very pleased with his work.
One of my outlets fried and I lost power to half of my RV. I called John and he was there next day. Took him all of 5 mins to figure out the problem and 10 to fix it. He even took time to educate me to prevent future issues. 10/10 recommend, just give him time to respond!
Called and set up an appointment for a consultation on a couple repairs on our travel trailer. He was 45 minutes late to the appointment which my husband took time off work to be there for and there was no communication prior confirming this appointment. He spent 15 minutes with us and then left stating he would send a quote. We haven’t heard from him since and it’s been 2 weeks. The lack of communication and professionalism isn’t a good look and I won’t be recommending this company to anyone.
