My 3 daughters and I have been having such a hard time with our a.c. not working. It's been so stressful and overwhelming. I finally got my deductible money together for my warranty, and I text him yesterday, and he was here by 9 this morning. Right on time. I couldn't believe how fast he came out! And he fixed one of my units so fast. The other needs a part and a ticket needed to be made. When I was going to go ahead and pay him the deductible, he told me that this one was on the house! My water heater went bad so I called them. They made room in their busy schedule to come take a look. They gave me a reasonable quote and got a new water heater ordered and installed it all within the same week! Very professional, affordable and knowledgeable.
Could ask for better service from john, i have used him on many RVs, and all very pleased with his work.
