I read John’s reviews and thought that possibly they were somewhat exaggerated until I called him and he came out because I have both AC units not working in my RV and I was burning up for well over a week and John came out the same day even though he had a busy schedule he worked me in and man I’m telling you those people did not exaggerate one bit. My 3 daughters and I have been having such a hard time with our a.c. not working. It's been so stressful and overwhelming. I finally got my deductible money together for my warranty, and I text him yesterday, and he was here by 9 this morning. Right on time. I couldn't believe how fast he came out! My water heater went bad so I called them. They made room in their busy schedule to come take a look. They gave me a reasonable quote and got a new water heater ordered and installed it all within the same week! Very professional, affordable and knowledgeable.
