I recently had a need for a new therapist, I just wasn't clicking with mine anymore. My case manager made a referral and I was contacted by Ward within minutes. He's very friendly he gets back to my messages very promptly. And he made me very comfortable feeling. I asked for a female therapist for comfortability reasons and within the hour, I had a therapist contact me. I highly recommend these services to other people. I like the idea of having my therapist come to the home. Luis Ramirez is by far one of the best therapists that I have ever had. I like the fact that he treats me and my family more than just a number on a client list. He is so respectful and knows how to do his job. I am not an easy person to deal with, and Luis is patient with me. Thank you so much.

I am grateful for the service that I am receiving through here. Some of my children are considered to be special needs, and I could have not asked for a better therapist. I have Luis Ramirez working with of my children. He is kind, patient and caring. The way that he has been able to help my daughter through some of the trauma that she has experienced. Ward is excellent, he answered so quickly, and in no time was connected with a therapist that my insurance covers, they definitely work with you to help you the best they can & meet your needs, This was the most easiest, efficient, effective, fast & simplest way I have ever been connected with a therapist. ever in my life have I been set up so fast for therapy, not even in places that SHOULD work fast. I have been working with Luis Ramirez since the summer of 2020 and he has been one of the most flexible therapists in terms of scheduling and my location. I am grateful that I am still able to work with him online even though I live over 3 hours away. He is very honest and blunt, and will tell you exactly how it is. I have found it helpful to go through a workbook with Luis in regards to my diagnosis.
