I don’t understand why this place can’t provide their services in a timely manner. We paid more than 1/2 of the balance in Nov. 2020 and was told the headstone would get ordered. Now here we are in March... went ahead and paid full amount in hopes to get things moving quicker. They assured us it would take 3 to 4 weeks and would be ready for delivery. I wish there was a star with a NEGATIVE beside it! In the middle of dealing with this poor excuse of a company so I won't say a lot, but cannot wait to finalize these arrangements and get back on here! Paid $500 on September 26, 2020 and have still yet to sign off on a PROOF for the headstone.
