Cornerstone Medical could improve by 1) answering their phone, and not forcing their customers to sit on hold for 2 hours before completely giving up, and 2) by not double billing their clients.
By far one of the worse businesses I have ever dealt with, don’t bother calling!
Has been a month since my husband passed. Cannot get the equipment picked up. Have to take to Blue Ash. Pick driver says they’ve been here three times to get the tanks. Was here once. I had to leave for 10 minute emergency. The driver is not telling the truth. What a joke.
Recommendedwish they would help me get my husband oxygen machine fix. but I no it take time. been almost 3 weeks still know word. But I still recommend them
