Doctor dong is great, very patient and sweet. The receptions however are awful - always rude and mean. There was two today and they were both rude, even when I call to book appointments they’re always not pleasant to talk to or even ask questions with. Not sure why they act like this for…
My wife and I have been patients of Dr Dong and Dr Hong ever since they opened their clinic. They are both excellent physicians and we feel very fortunate to have them as our Doctors. Burnaby Now has voted them Best Medical Clinic in 2025!!
This is the best clinic I've ever had in my 30+ years. The office staff and Dr Dong are so amazing and caring and I'm consistently grateful to have them for me and my family. I'm shocked at any low reviews.
Recently they have changed receptionists and thank god; what a difference! Cindy was just awful and the new ones (one is named Michelle) is just superb. Very attentive, friendly and overall just provides a way better atmosphere to the clinic. And of course our doctor Emily Dong is always great. She's very busy so sometimes it does feel like a bit of a rush but she's still very attentive and answers any questions I may have even though I may deviate from the topic of the initial visit. Thank you :)
