Very concerned about my well being with weight, blood pressure and meds. Called to keep me informed about blood work level & outcomes. All ways warm reception from staff. This was the first visit after that it went downhill with the staff & doctor. I no longer see this doctor and will not recommend. After only two visits. Zero stars!!
Previously I had to reschedule appointments and I called several times only to get no answer...when I finally reached the receptionist she explained to me that I owed fees for no shows and the Dr declined a refill of a prescription that can be life threatening for me...the receptionist also stated that the Dr needed to collect labs before approving a refill. She also told me I had to walk in and wait until they could get to me and that she was unable to schedule anymore appointments...If they had answered the phone or atleas... read more
Was very pleased! They were very helpful and listened to all of my concerns.
Dr Olawumi O. Ayo Akatue is a joke, I would advise anyone not to go there, unless you want someone with a smart attitude. She talks to you like you're crazy. I had to leave while I was in the examination room because it got so bad. Someone needs to train her how to talk to people, because a lot of people isn't going to put up with that crap.
