Dr Ale is very rude and unprofessional, he called my family fat which she is not, talk about body positive. 0/10 stars! find a new doctor asap! this is Absurd, we will not be going back. Calling your patients fat is very unprofessional and unnecessary to mental health!
Absolutely unacceptable business practice. Waited over an hour for my scheduled appt and when they called me back, they informed me in the hallway that I could leave because they didn’t have my test results. I was told I could expect a call shortly discussing them once they got the results. Never received any news on my costly tests and then they have the audacity to charge me over 100 dollars + insurance for that “doctor visit.” Despicable. Worst experience with a company I’ve ever had.
A wonderful place to see . Might be a little wait ,but he listens too you and that's what matters. Been feeling better since I have been with him.
Office Manager Penny Stripling is rude and very unprofessional. She talks down and at patients rather to them. I recently called to have a referral updated. I had not seen Dr.Taube since 2020. Each appointment I've had since 2020 they have canceled or it takes forever to get someone on the line to make an appointment. I was not having any issues so I did not need to see Dr. Taube so the cancellations or hardship with getting an appointmentwas not a big deal.
