Absolutely unacceptable business practice. Waited over an hour for my scheduled appt and when they called me back, they informed me in the hallway that I could leave because they didn’t have my test results. I was told I could expect a call shortly discussing them once they got the results. Never received any news on my costly tests and then they have the audacity to charge me over 100 dollars + insurance for that “doctor visit.” Despicable. Worst experience with a company I’ve ever had.
A wonderful place to see . Might be a little wait ,but he listens too you and that's what matters. Been feeling better since I have been with him.
Office Manager Penny Stripling is rude and very unprofessional. She talks down and at patients rather to them. I recently called to have a referral updated. I had not seen Dr.Taube since 2020. Each appointment I've had since 2020 they have canceled or it takes forever to get someone on the line to make an appointment. I was not having any issues so I did not need to see Dr. Taube so the cancellations or hardship with getting an appointmentwas not a big deal. I've been with Dr. Taube for 3.5yrs an I have to say his office Mgr. Penny is the back bone to this facility! She's a true professional to her office an the people who work under her at 100% but also a true professional to the patients as well. She has always been their to help me out when I need it an get the job done to any situation brought to her attention. We need more people like Penny who care to be that professional woman an run that ship the right way but care about the patients too which lacks in allot of places. T... read more
