After walking in,I waited at the counter for at least 5 minutes before anyone noticed that I was there. The food took a while but it was delivered to the table. However, it was difficult to find a clean table. We do find one close to the exit door but a people left, the door stayed open. There a lot of people visiting from table to table, that came in through the open exit door. Two other stood outside the open exit door smoking and the smoke came into the store. Overpriced for crap! I googled how much a blt quarter ponder and it’s 3 in half and I got the 3 tiny pieces! Rotten lettuce, tomato that’s not ripe and so little of condiment not even covering all of it just the a dot in the centre! And cold on top of it! Undercooked fries and I waited for over 20 minutes!

I visited the drive-thru recently and was disappointed with what I observed during food preparation. One of the staff members was handling the burger without gloves or any visible utensils when touching the food. This made me feel uncomfortable about the hygiene standards being followed. I hope management can address proper food handling practices to ensure customer confidence and safety. Thank you.
