Very helpful over the phone. Had to set up auto pay for my assoc. fees.
I purchased a home in the Cobble Creek subdivision located in Gurnee, Illinois, which was managed by Cornerstone management. Immediately, after purchasing the home I began receiving letters in the mail from Cornerstone for fees where I was being charged for parking my vehicle in the driveway and not in the garage at night along with having a satellite dish on the roof and for an issue with paint on the back porch if I recall. Miscommunication, Mismanagement, False promises are the only attributes that I can describe about this company.... This is the Management company that maintains the property we rented during mid of 2016. In Aug 2016 due to a scheduled construction near our home, we were notified that we can't park the car on our drive ways or on designated parking lots.
