If I could give it a negative number I would. First time home buyer, and it has been nothing but HELL. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Ray S. was our loan rep, I sent very detailed questions, NEVER had answers. Always was broad statements or "not in my control". Made us a lender credit promise, never stuck to it. I contacted Chris B., the president, he was also USELESS. I sent him the SAME questions, and just got NO ANSWER WHATSOEVER.
