Jason O'Neal is an all around good person. We were feeling up in arms over a HOA matter and spoke to him. He first assured us to calm down and navigate the process. He was honest and explained how to approach the letters and when we would need him. The process (for now) has moved forward, essentially is resolved, and would not have been as smooth with out Jason's candor.
