I used this lab because the location was close to our buisness, but i will drive the distance from now on. Very unprofessional and rude, quoted me one price then before i could get my analysis results it ended up costing much more. I was told my report would be ready within 24- 48 hours and I didn't get until 3 weeks later. Can't believe this lab is certified.
