Worst customer service ever, they request payment before service is received even if you do not have a co/pay. I have a (HRA) Health Reimbursement Account that pays all my medical, I do not pay out of pocket until if and /or when that is exhausted. They had me so upset my BP was very high. They should not be allowed to request payments at the counter. They should process through insurance and then bill patients. My son paid their requested amount in early 2024. His HRA paid the same amount he paid, so they were paid twice. I... read more
