Poor customer service.
There rates were better than what I had. But when I had to have a procedure done, they said I wasn't covered. ( Day before test!). I was on the phone for over 3 hours back and forth and told 3 different stories. The first person I spoke to was helping and said she would call me back, but didn't. When I called and asked for her, I was told she wasn't in the office on this day, after I had just spoke with her. I will be looking for different insurance.
I e been using cornerstone for years. They have great service and the best rates. What more could you want?
Great rates and nice people.
