If I could give zero stars, I would. This agency has been nothing but disorganized and misleading. Our agent, Sandy, left this office months ago, yet they continue to tell people she’s still there. That kind of dishonesty is completely unacceptable. They also failed to cancel our policy when we requested it—and instead canceled someone else’s. The level of negligence is astonishing. From what I understand the owner is not an honorable person. I would not do business with him.
I switched to Cornerstone Insurance in mid 2020. Both David and Sandy have been absolutely incredible! They're friendly, polite, knowledgeable, timely and always helpful! They will always help you, even knowing it may not benefit them. I promise you, you will not be disappointed!
