The rooms are beautiful, the problem is the location. Our room ( #2) was right next to a venue that does DJ parties and it was extremely loud in the afternoon, at least it had stopped by the time we got back from dinner. Another issue is the communication with the staff they are not on location and they are very bad at communicating. They never answered my texts. I can not compel myself to give this room anymore than one star. Its a shame, too, because it had some nice things going for it. The Inn itself proclaims that you will experience modern luxury, and is classified as a bed and breakfast. Was there some kind of food available? Yes, but it was grab and go, and not very well stocked. Another thing to note is that the rooms are above a pub. Music, and people in the street created noise until late into the night. Loved this place called the day I got to Washington and they had availability. The customer service was wonderful. The room was clean with a lot of room. The view was great. They have cereal, fruit, coffee and snacks for breakfast or anytime. There is a awesome coffee place below. Delicious. It's a really simple process to check out and check in. I will choose this place again. Lovely
We had the corner room so our views into the downtown were extraordinary. Two of the windows looked over the circle and water fountain and the other, the quaint side street shops. Check in was easy, a light continental breakfast ready when we woke. Loved the bustling coffee shop on Saturday morning.
