My husband and I stayed here for Bradley University’s freshman orientation. It was a 20 minute drive to the university. I am so in love with this unique place! Our room and private bathroom were spacious and super clean! The architecture is beautiful. We loved the mix of old and modern. It was weird at first having no front desk staff, but we texted as instructed in the binder (and the personal envelope left for us) to request a few extra things. This is really a lovely place. Our room was spacious and super clean. I do have a disappointment, though. Since this is considered to be boutique hotel, I would expect a couple of things: 1. real people to greet and welcome and be available for questions and service. I saw not one person. 2. Better than pre-packaged mini-muffins in the breakfast nook AND they ran out of coffee cups, but there was no one to ask for help.
