Great service
I'm a paraplegic and they've always been respectful and help me transfer to the MRI table. They ALWAYS call when a new referral comes in - to schedule my MRI's. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones ... 🧐
Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was top notch. Staff answered all of my questions in the most polite, friendly, informative and welcoming manner. The only 'problem' I had was my own stomach not easily taking in the contrast. Can't even blame that on the drink. It was actually almost good, and I'm the world's pickiest eater.
When I called to schedule my appointment I was told to arrive 1 hour early for contrast. After scheduling the appointment I received a notice of an estimate and called back advising that is not something I could pay at one time. I was told it had not been ran through Insurance. When I arrived for my appointment the amount remained the same and I paid a portion and requested for them to bill insurance before further payment would be made.
