Had lung CT last Wednesday. It has yet to be read. Receptionist in imaging hasn’t got a clue where or when it will be read. Mind you this is a cancer screening! So I called patient advocate in Winston Salem. UPDATE: P.A. Called back, trying to help. Still waiting on results from radiologist. This is obscene!!! Almost day 5.5! Think twice before going to Westchester for anything other than X-ray! Another day is passing with no word from them. Super nice people they will go out there way to help you be took care of. Don't waste your time going to Bethany medical because you won't be took care of there it's took me 10 years to find someone to take me and I love atrium health they gate really take good care of you from the time that you're seeing to the time that you leave unlike Bethany medical don't do nothing just check your blood pressure and that's it and they don't spend about 3 to 5 minutes will you cuz they got so many other patients to do so they can get th... read more
