They bully single mothers with children with a disability and demand the house look like it's never been lived in I've seen this first hand with a house crisis there pushing people out on to the streets with no where to go. They also charge rent to the point that mothers have only 300 a fortnight to live on to feed there children and pay bills I wouldn't recommend these guys
