Huge Information gap during initial and final loan. Provides the highest rate and not willing to negotiate. Only reason I went with them is because of the incentives I would get from the builder. With them, it's like "take it or leave it, we are giving incentives so we charge more to get that back few folds more." I gave then 2 star because of few of their agents nice behavior.
