Karen, Jennifer, Carla and the rest of their team were wonderful from day 1! We had an awesome realtor who had worked with them before. Cornerstone Home Lending provided excellent service throughout our mortgage process. One area for improvement would be to include a personalized phone call to introduce themselves and establish a direct line of communication. This would allow customers to build a connection with their loan officers and feel more valued.
