Our mortgage with Chase was seamless. For the new mortgage we went with Cornerstone. All good until they messed up our escrow account. The numbers didn't make sense. I asked them a couple of question and in a 3 week period I received multiple conflicting statements and no answer to my question. I have no issue with paying for a shortage in the escrow account, but not if you cannot explain it. 3 weeks passed and no resolution.
