I wanted to buy a home for my daughter to live in in Las Vegas. I applied and got approved with underwriting for 300k. I found a house, made an offer that was accepted for 271500. I gave my earnest money of 3000 and paid 500 for an appraisal and 200 for an inspection. Escrow was scheduled to close June 13 2019.
