We decided to refinance our home since interest rates are at an all-time low. We refinanced our home from a 30 year to a 15 year fixed. Cornerstone Home Lending is an excellent mortgage company. They provided us with several refinance options, a home appraiser, and folded any fees into our new loan. My husband and I highly recommend Cornerstone due to their great customer service from start to finish.
