THIS IS THE WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER THEY REFUSE TO RECONCICLE MY ESCROW ACCOUNT THEY DONT ANSWER THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS I AM AT THE POINT OF HAVING TO SUE THEM TO GET MY ESCROW ACCOUNT FUNDS THAT THEY NEVER PAID TAX WITH !!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
Cornerstone Home Lending has the WORST.....WORST customer service!!! I wish there was a LAW against mortgage companies "selling" mortgages to other companies.....
Local officers are good to work with. Corporate is difficult to deal with. When you call them they say they are currently experiencing a high volume of calls, just change your recording to the plain truth which is you are always experiencing a high volume of calls and therefore leads to excessive wait times and delays. This of course is after listening to the recording of information that you don’t need and have no option to opt out of.
