If I could give 0 stars I would. Kristine Rushing is an absolute mess. Wouldn’t lock in our rate until 3 days before closing. Got us our loan agreement and then changed it the day before closing. Went from DPA and closing with +2600 above closing price and then being under severely due to her changing the agreement. She was never available and was on PTO the majority of our process.
