I am a builder working on a home in Boothbay that was inspected by Cornerstone, and have read their report. This review is not personal. From a professional standpoint, the inspector is clueless about residential construction in general and codes in particular. He/she missed many obvious code violations, water infiltration points, and serious structural issues. Rectifying these issues will be in the six figure category.
