Wrongfully charged for complete payoff TWICE and overdrew my bank account. All they could do was say “we’re sorry we can’t do anything, the amount will be refunded in 7 business days” so for 2 weeks in the SAME MONTH I had no access to my money in my bank account and they have no resolution towards the overdraft fees they caused or for blocking me from my bank account funds. Absolute garbage company!

ARAMARK IS USING THIS LOCATION TO SCAM JOB SEEKERS ON INDEED. I wasted an hour of my time waiting on a non existent interviewer. 2 other people and I scheduled an interview for Aramark/lifeworks through indeed. This was already strange because this is clearly a Chase Bank building. We all arrived for our interview appointment between 15 and 10 minutes early then we were Chase Bank security officers to a small break room. There was only one way in and out of the building. I would give them zero if I could. Unfortunately they don't let you speak to the executive offices, so have to post here. Chase would not reverse a late fee, even tho the government waived all late fees for banks during covid without them even asking, yet they won't waive my late fee that wasn't even late 24 hours. The banks made billions of $$, with their waived interest fees. That's how the people get controlled. Go with a Credit Union!! JP Morgan Chase loves to control the less elite. CREDIT UNIONS!!!

Vision Dr is not a branch & not open to the public. It is a good location to work and Chase offers several career growth opportunities.
