I worked with Jacob Eley from this address as a first time home buyer and a F-1 visa holder He had all my info since the first call and knew I was a F-1 visa holder. After I signed all docs for the underwriting and payed $650 of fees my loan got denied basically because I’m a F-1 visa holder. My experience with Andy Karlo at Chase Home Mortgage was extremely disappointing and unnecessary stressful. From the very beginning of the application process, I was completely transparent about my current credit situation. I explained the challenges I had and asked directly whether it would be an issue moving forward. Andy assured me that we could proceed, that gave me confidence to move ahed with application. I closed my account, and paid the full amount due. YET, still they charged an interest charge. I know it's not the representatives on the phones fault, but I took my anger on them .. I am truly sorry. Jamie Dimon you need to stop giving people a hard time, or fix the system. There is so many complaints, I WILL PAY THE LAST INTEREST CHARGE, AND I BETTER NOT HAVE ANOTHER ADDED!
