I closed my account, and paid the full amount due. YET, still they charged an interest charge. I know it's not the representatives on the phones fault, but I took my anger on them .. My husband and myself signed up for a vacation package with Tafer Resorts in Puerto Vallarta for the first time in our lives back in May.. The pressure was like the movie Boiler Room with high pressure sales techniques and false promises we found out hours later. Wrongfully charged for complete payoff TWICE and overdrew my bank account. All they could do was say “we’re sorry we can’t do anything, the amount will be refunded in 7 business days” so for 2 weeks in the SAME MONTH I had no access to my money in my bank account and they have no resolution towards the overdraft fees they caused or for blocking me from my bank account funds. Absolute garbage company!
ARAMARK IS USING THIS LOCATION TO SCAM JOB SEEKERS ON INDEED. I wasted an hour of my time waiting on a non existent interviewer. 2 other people and I scheduled an interview for Aramark/lifeworks through indeed. This was already strange because this is clearly a Chase Bank building.
