Had no heat and sporadic hot water due to an old and failing boiler. These gentleman showed up and within a short time not only identified the issues but made arrangements to completely replace the unit and get us up and running in a few hours. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and competent! Highly reccomend Cornerstone for any service needs.
Great job on explaining issue and fixing
I had a great experience with Cornerstone. They removed my old A/C and furnace. It was replaced with a new A/C unit and furnace. The team stayed late to make sure our A/C was working on day that was over 90 degrees.
Mike Grissom and his Team were great. I had some unique challenges and they resolved them all, and were professional and personable. Very responsive to calls, during a time when they were extremely busy. Always got a check-back to see if everything was working and satisfactory.
