We are a full service HVAC company serving Frederick, Washington, Montgomery and Howard Counties in Maryland. We install everything from Steam boilers and Geothermal HVAC systems. We are a mostly Residential Company but we also do commercial systems up to 15 tons. We clean and service oil fired and gas fired boilers and furnaces and install them as well as Heat pumps and plain A/C systems. We do all of our Ductwork in house for quality control. I had a great experience with Cornerstone. They removed my old A/C and furnace. It was replaced with a new A/C unit and furnace. The team stayed late to make sure our A/C was working on day that was over 90 degrees.
Mike Grissom and his Team were great. I had some unique challenges and they resolved them all, and were professional and personable. Very responsive to calls, during a time when they were extremely busy. Always got a check-back to see if everything was working and satisfactory.
This guy just ran up on us going down Rout 15 on the highway with serious road rage issues. He was Less than 3 feet behind us flicking us off a screaming. My wife was driving , we were getting ready to turn. He put our life’s in jeopardy. When he passed us he was less than a foot from our car. Serious issues. Mike has been great to work with! He responded quickly, arrived ontime and was affordable. He also took the time to find a part for my HVAC that is no longer available from traditional sources. I will continue to call Cornerstone for my HVAC needs.
Let me state upfront that I have never used this company for heating or air conditioning services. As a result, the company may be the best or worst of all time in terms of these HVAC services. But I am compelled to post a note about this company because the driver of one of this company's vans was driving so recklessly on I-95 just before the Columbia, MD exit that I nearly had to pull off the highway to avoid an accident.
