I came in to see Dr.Moore on my first visit as a new patient. He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable to my concerns of my ear that needed surgery... He scheduled me to come back shortly after this visit to perform the surgery but when I came back I was so nervous and anxious my blood pressure was up so I told the associates I needed to go to the ER to see what was going on I was shocked myself to this reaction. I was truly amazed at how the staff made me feel like they really cared about me. Everyone was so pleasant. It was a good experience for me that day.
The staff is superb and Dr. Herr’s care has qualitatively improved my hearing.
The people were very nice and helpful
