My son had a constipation issue and they wouldn't and didn't care to try to figure out why. (he was only a month old and it went on till he was 6 months) I had a history of Febrile seizures and his Doctor assured me that it wouldn't be an issue! I should have researched but I took the doctor's word. The biggest mistake ever! We moved, switched Doctors, and the first visit they took care of his lazy bowel syndrome. I went to the new doc in Archdale..WRONG. She was more concerned in getting everything into the d... computer than one me. Little to No eye contact. Stated I don't know much about firomyalgia & "I DON'T DO PAIN" Offered to call me when a new med came in, stated she would set up an appt. with a pain clinic for me...that has been 3 MONTHS AGO. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at the Westchester location. Never saw an actual doctor but paid for it. I had a PA tell me what had already been confirmed by another doctor. For those of us who have no insurance you feel my pain, you expect to go to a doctor for answers. When you pay out of pocket to see a specialist, one should actually speak/see a SPECIALIST.
