I purchased my townhouse in 2019 in Dakabin crossing. Unfortunately, it has been an absolute nightmare due to poor building quality and persistent issues. As others have noted in their reviews mine is similar. Leaks, mould, patchwork repairs, poor workmanship, and woeful customer service.
