Brought my truck in a day early. They still had time to put me a new windshield and inspection in under an hour. 5 star service and friendly front desk. I couldn’t help but chuckle seeing the irony of a glass shop with a cracked glass front door but their service was fantastic! Quick, professional, and the repair was perfect. Don’t judge them by the door—it’s probably just a work-in-progress!
Initially told a crew would come out the same afternoon to give a quote. It was a new construction location. I was never notified if someone came out to view windows for quote. I waited a week, heard nothing. Called back and was told they were working on a quote and would reach back out. Never got a call. Over a month went by, I called back several times from my cell and was constantly transferred to a voicemail. Used my office number to call and they answered.
