Very poor customer service. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND POSSESSION IS DONE, they won’t even answer your calls or respond to emails regarding warranty concerns.
The team at the Jayman Cornerstone NE showhome provided an exceptional experience. From the initial greeting to the comprehensive sharing of relevant information as per our requirements, their professionalism and friendliness were truly remarkable. Everyone was approachable and knowledgeable. Karan Rathore, in particular, was outstanding. We extend our commendations to all three individuals at this location; they are indeed a valuable asset.
Had a horrible experience. Aly was rude,unprofessional and highly incompetent. They don't really do a good job, save your time and bucks.
Horrible builder. Doesn’t care about other people’s property when they build their houses next to them. Their contractors dump cigarette butts and empty packs of cigarettes on our lawn. Obviously their “professional” contractors don’t care about cleaning up after they’ve made a mess. Jayman only cares about making money the easy way by hiring the cheapest contractors that do the bare minimum. So make sure you think about that before you decide on a builder for your house. Jayman started out in cornerstone community with high base prices and heavy premiums, pushing the market up with an over-hyped approach. At that time, buyers were paying top dollar just to secure a lot. But now that most of the other builders have already sold their inventory, Jayman is stuck with unsold lots and is rushing to put up spec homes. The result?
