Dishonest, will not honor agreements, rude and discourteous people. There is only one person there that has a heart, Madison. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Car City/Cornerstone Financial. Very disappointed in the inhumanity and incompetence of the staff here.
Very helpful folks , bought a bunch of cars from many dealers amd they have been much better than most. They helped me in a bad situation and made it work good for everybody..Thanks to Madison and her crew..

Usually they work with us. But either Holly or Hailey didn’t update the notes and guess what happened? Someone showed up while we were in another town eating brunch and they just took the van without warning. No phone call or anything. Someone climbed into my drivers seat and drove off. I watched it happen. I called 911 because I thought somebody stole it. We called and made every effort to get it corrected but we had to drive 45 minutes away to get it back. Wow . I was sold a lemon. Then they would not make things right. They agreed for me to hold on payments untill it was resolved. Then was told i would receive a call about my options. Which i did not receive but they repoed it while i was in the hospital.
