The best banking institution in Murfreesboro, maybe even Rutherford County! Hey everybody, Ms. Jessi Curtis is the manager's name and going above and beyond is her normal, daily life. You would think after months of changing names that the branch in Murfreesboro would have the correct updated signage. The Cornerstone Financial Credit Union sign is just as pretty as it was when I joined in 2014. The staff are awesome yet disappointed about the sign. Also, why haven't we been sent new debit/ credit cards with the name change? Again, Cornerstone Financial Credit Union is what's on our cards. That's kind of slacking in marketing.

My account was recently hacked. Jessi Curtis was outstanding in helping me to start clearing up this mess. We learned from Mark in your fraud department that they had already caught the ACH withdrawals and stopped them. The money had been returned to my account already. I really appreciate their great service!

The folks at this branch are really great. They've gone out of their way multiple times to help me out. Thanks especially to Jessi and Marthony, y'all are great. You won't go wrong bringing your business here, miles better than any big bank.
