I had a great experience with Cornerstone Fence. From the onset, my sales rep, Steve had excellent communication and provided me with updates throughout the process. I had the front exterior railings replaced that lead to the front door of my house. It all began after measurements. Steve was transparent and provided three different options for quotes, all dependent on different requests I’d made. Cornerstone installed 35 5x5" PT posts around our large rural garden as we're planning our own fence material to bar deer and rodents. They scheduled promptly at our convenience and the two men they sent were polite and able, carefully hand-digging many of the holes to be sure they didn't cut our underground internet or electrical service. The posts were perfectly spaced, plumb and aligned in two days work. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
Poor installation and issues with management
Paul, from Cornerstone came to my house to measure and consult on entryway stairs. Twice he didn’t follow through with actions he said he would. Over two weeks went by the first time and I reached out to see what was going on. The second time he fell off I decided he was not the guy for the job. Maybe Cornerstone is great, but if you get Paul don’t stick around.
I recommend these guys. They came out and gave us an estimate. We then had several tree stumps removed. I wanted the fence requoted and they came out a 2nd time. The installer listened to our concerns about our pets and he did a perfect job. Also the fence we chose was chain linked, the material they use is heavy duty.
