Unreliable product - lack of reasonable business practices. High end residential gate malfunctioned >6 times in first 6mon, rendering useless each time until repairs completed. All repairs were completed in timely manner, that I give credit for. Recent repair was determined to be an “act of God” at their discretion, versus a continuation of equipment issues we’ve had since install, and we were hit with a surprise bill for the service visit and parts to repair without a quote or any indication this was a billable event. Wanted a fence to contain my dogs in the backyard. I explained this to Cornerstone and was quoted over $6000 to have one installed. Saved up and pulled the trigger on this deal. The fence looks nice but does not contain my dogs ,which are not small (35-40lb dogs.) There are MANY spots where they are able to squeeze right underneath large gaps between the chain link and the ground. Two of our neighbors had used them to install fences and raved about their service and recommended them.
