My fiance was an existing patient, they stopped accepting his insurance and didn't tell him. Not while he was making the appointment, nor during the follow up confirmation call. Nothing until he showed up for his appointment. Now he's in a ton of pain and searching for a new doctor. Poor POOR customer care!
