Reflection from an 80- year- old out of town patient: I could not have been more pleased or appreciative of the immediate care I was given yesterday. EVERYONE from the phone call requesting help, the receptionist, the nurse, the doctor, AND the immediate prescription request to Hartig's... EVERYONE was wonderfully, respectfully, and professionally on point and helpful...to say nothing of the impeccably clean facility. Thank you!!! My today is a very good day, thanks to all of you!!!

Receptionists need to work on their customer service skills!!! I’ve went there at least 5 years now and there is still certain receptionists that are still rude. One lady today tried to get snippy with me on the phone for no reason because they screwed up on their side because they never changed the primary contact number to my cell, so she decided to get mad because she called my house to let me know about my appointment which is a hour away from where I go to college at.
