History Established in 2001. Cornerstone Family Medicine was created in 2001 by Dr. Crawford and Dr. Willden who had a vision to provide quality care to the Mesa community. Over time the business has continued to grow and we've now expanded into San Tan Valley. Our providers continue to deliver comprehensive, outstanding primary care with an emphasis on individual needs and the inclusion of each patient in his or her treatment planning.

I really liked my old Dr. Dr. Brett Willden. I stopped going bc it just wasn’t the same but Dr.Smithson is great and I really liked the ladies at the desk. They were very personable and fun to talk to. I’ll be back for sure. Hopefully not too soon tho
Prescriptions not sent in timely manner, when I called about this i was hung up twice.
Love this practice. The front office staff is very helpful and very kind and Dr. Hatfield takes the time to answer questions and is a very good doctor
The front office and staff provide exceptional service. Dr. Crawford was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He genuinely listened to my concerns and didn’t rush me out. I am very pleased to have him as my doctor.
I have received excellent care here. I hope they will continue to be on my health plan. The office is close to my home and everyone there is so nice and helpful! Dr. Crawford has improved my comfort level so much it has really improved my life! Thank you!
