If you need help with anything, it's you fighting for your rights and what you need. They don't listen, they have zero compassion, they don't believe you, they gaslight you whenever you have a problem. They get annoyed when you actually have problems you need dealt with. They want to refer you to whatever clinic or specialists they want to, when you ask to see someone outside of their collages they get really frustrated with you. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing doctor’s office. Carrie and Leanne are extremely helpful anytime we’ve called. Dr Locke has gone above and beyond for me and I can’t express my appreciation enough. As a postpartum mom with concerns she took them seriously and made time for me even when she was fully booked. She is extremely caring and compassionate. We are very lucky to have her as our family doctor. Really love Cornerstone! Excellent physical and mental care for our family, including for my senior mother-in-law. They have made good diagnoses for us with appropriate treatments that has all of us leading healthy lives.
they never answer the phone, even if you leave a message. My aunt just moved into town a year ago and called multiple times if they are accepting new patients, she has heart problems, its not like its an emergency, but because of the state of the world she hasnt gotten a physical in 3 years. It would be really nice if she could have a family doctor in town but we arent so sure if we will be choosing this clinic as they dont even have the capacity to answer the phone or any messages we have left...
