I called got transferred to their customer service and then I got transferred to the office and I got hung up on and I need my blood work for my medication and they won't respond

If I could give zero stars I would this small office in binghamton is horrible they have no idea what they doing don't care about ur care only care about getting paid for visits they misplace things paperwork and try and lie and blame it on the patient and if you on medication they will mess u up even more and then when you talk to supervisors they try to cover up their staff mistakes they need a whole new staff....

Do not come see dr Muhammad or whatever. He’s gonna put you on medication and he listens. But god forbid the medication starts making you feel bad he blames you for the medicine not working and then keeps telling you to give it time even after 6 months of being on the medication. The front desk staff are snobby and rude. They make fun of people while sitting inside the office. Oh and if you wanna get ahold of dr Muhammad about having a problem with you’re medicine don’t count on it. They’ll say we relayed the message and he’... read more
