If I could give zero stars I would this small office in binghamton is horrible they have no idea what they doing don't care about ur care only care about getting paid for visits they misplace things paperwork and try and lie and blame it on the patient and if you on medication they will mess u up even more and then when you talk to supervisors they try to cover up their staff mistakes they need a whole new staff....

Do not come see dr Muhammad or whatever. He’s gonna put you on medication and he listens. But god forbid the medication starts making you feel bad he blames you for the medicine not working and then keeps telling you to give it time even after 6 months of being on the medication. The front desk staff are snobby and rude. They make fun of people while sitting inside the office. Awful admin. Makes receiving treatment 100x more difficult than it should be. Zero transparency on anything. Can’t even call in prescriptions to the correct pharmacy without having to call them 10+ times

Absolutely terrible not only do they never contact you back you will be given a different provider every other week and then be told you need to get a new one because your last one left . It’s been 2 weeks since I came in for testing & I’ve called over 4 times to get my test results after they took not only my urine but my blood as well and absolutely no one will give me my test results or get a doctor to tell me my results so if there’s something wrong with me I won’t know and they don’t care to tell me .
