I have not missed “multiple” appointments as claimed — I cancelled only one appointment. Exaggerating this to justify your position is both inaccurate and unprofessional. I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. Initially, I was very happy with this clinic, but this appointment did not meet expectations. I clearly mentioned that I needed an X-ray for a tooth extraction, but that concern was not addressed. Instead, I felt like I was being pushed toward cleaning and removing four teeth, which I was not prepared for. First time there for my teens first check up at this location. I was a bit hesitant as new location, but the staff is friendly, professional. The owner came out and introduced himself and was very humble and seemed to care of his patients. I was happy when my kids came out smiling. What a difference that makes.
