I cannot say enough great things to ever touch how much I appreciate this group of therapists! They stay up to date in the latest treatment modalities and care so much about quality of life and reducing suffering for their clients. Mandy was so easy going and willing to always go on the journey with me. She is a professional and has so much capacity and self energy to provide a safe space to hold anything that comes our way in session. It's been an extrodinary experience!

The intern there, Tiffany, betrayed my daughter and I by the 2nd session. She called DCFS saying there was an Order of Protection on my husband when there was no OP, it was an agreed order. The order stated he could be here if he was invited via text. This was my daughters first counselor ever and she has already made my daughter never want to go to another one again. I have worked with two counselors at Cornerstone and definitely recommend them both. I am impressed with the whole facility and know they are all professional and some of the best in the business.

For the most part, I thought I was getting good care and service from my therapist. However, the office (or therapist) did not schedule me often and I felt as if I wasn't getting to the root of my problems. And speaking of scheduling, there were multiple instances of my therapist cancelling on me last minute, the office scheduling me for an incorrect time, and one appointment that I waited 2-3 weeks for wasn't even scheduled by the therapist in the first place.
