I only had a quick interaction while inquiring about services offered. They were amazing, friendly and very informative. The lady I spoke to instantly felt like a friend, although we just briefly spoke over the phone. Although I am not able to utilize this company due to unrelated reasons, I would highly recommend anyone to check out this place if you are searching for help.
The doctors and staff have all been wonderful. We used Dr. Heather for the assessments and psychotherapy with Grace. My younger son adored her and even asked to go back after discharge. The bookings and reminders were easy and helpful.
Staff were accommodating and highly professional...environment was very soothing and Dr. was Heather amazing, understanding and very supportive. Technology was very secure and easy to use. I would definately recommend to any family.
