Horrible service super rude and want u to pay upfront but don’t do their billing correctly so want to charge you when u are 100% covered by insurance. 5 pharmaceutical reps there while I waited and they were super nice to them but rude as can be to me the actual patient. They are all about money not helping or caring about people.
My extended family for my family for over 15 years...Drs. Wayne and Karladine are never allowed to retire! :)
Karladine was wonderful. The front desk service is rude, doesn't answer phone calls during business hours (called 6 times) and doesn't return calls from voice messages (its been 1 week and 3 days). I was sent to get blood drawn but wasn't given an address. Will not be returning.
They have been our PCP's for years. Very personable and they listen to you.
