I live out of town, so I was a new patient I called them and they had an appointment within two hours . They did a very good and thorough examination Very professional and made sure that everything in my eye was working properly and no immediate treatment needed . I didn’t wait more than two minutes to see The Dr. They made me feel much better. Thank you very much.
My husband and I had our first eye exam with Cornerstone in Irondequoit. The people were very nice. We didn't wait too long to be seen. What we didn't like was after the preliminary exam before seeing the doctor, they dialated our eyes. I asked her why they were doing that first before our eye exam. Her reply was it takes time to dialate and your vision will be okay. In 60 years of going to an eye doctor this is the first time our eyes were dialated first.
