I’d leave a zero if it were possible! Very disappointed in your service! Three weeks ago we booked a service for today. This afternoon we received a call that no one will be coming because you don’t service our area! You claim to serve Franklin County. Really?!? Then why did you take a booking three weeks ago? Thanks for letting us down and leaving us with no heat!

I currently work somewhere that employers notified your company to install air conditioning units (3) and the gentlemen (6 I believe) were there three days but put more hours in talking to each other in parking lot than than did working on the job and didn't get it finished.
